The early homes of The Beatles

The early skiffle group ‘The Quarrymen’ were formed by a sixteen year old John Lennon in the late 1950’s. Numerous concepts and several band members later they became known as The Beatles. The late introduction of Ringo Starr made way for what the world now recognises to be the most successful rock band in history. The rise to fame of the four unlikely lads without a doubt put the city of Liverpool back on the map; and so it seems fitting to visit each of the childhood homes that still stand today as a representation of Liverpool’s rich musical heritage.

"Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end." - John Lennon
