Moore Bridge off Hobb Lane is in the centre of Moore village. This bridge is a Historic England Grade II listed building and was built in 1772 and is listed as ‘red brick with stone carriage and parapet, steeply humped and one vehicle width. It is one of only five of Brindley’s bridges in Halton to still support single-lane traffic, connecting Hobb Lane of Moore Hall to Runcorn Road. Like a handful of bridges along the route, it appears to carry some form of gas pipeline from one side of the canal to the other. GPS Coordinates: 53.354333, -2.631950
