It was built around 70 years after the main mill, and its purpose was to transfer the yarn into the warping creel to make sure that distribution of yarn was embellished properly on the warp beam, and all the yarns segregated from each other and set according to what pattern was being made at the time. The threads were taken over tensioning rods through a large circular warping mill which stretched the thread into blocks at the desired width and length.
