The building you see here was known as the weaving shed, or the ‘cwm mill’. Situated just a few hundred yards down the river, it was built on the north side which required a wooden walkway which has long since perished. The only access now being a fallen tree, but before that it was inaccessible without passing through neighbouring fields.
