The same coat of arms can be found if you look directly up. Slightly hard to photograph this one without actually lying on the floor but its clear to see that in the halls later years of use, the occupants were thankfully keen to keep this work of art maintained and painted. Barely a spot of decay or degradation could be seen. It's doubtful that this is the same now.
